General Trail Run Rules
- No outside assistance.
- No dogs. As much as we love our four legged friends, our insurance does not allow for them.
- Stay on the set course. Cutting corners or off course may result in time penalty or DQ depending on the circumstances.
- Check in at mandatory checkpoint(s).
- No littering on the course. Pack it in, pack it out.
- No dogs allowed during the run due to insurance and the safety of all involved
- Use proper trail etiquette.Pass on the left when possible.
- Announce that you are passing.
- Course remains open to the general public so please be courteous.
- Be a positive representation of the sport.
- While not enforced,if wearing earbuds, please do so only in one ear.
